Jennifer Ong is the Founder of Hospitality Asia, the region’s premier hospitality and travel magazine. One of the youngest women publishers in Malaysia, Jennifer has played a key role in the core publishing business of World Asia Publishing for the last 18 years. She is also the mastermind and creator of the much sought-after and widely acknowledged HAPA Awards (Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards. Jennifer’s resilience and commitment in pursuing her dreams in the hospitality industry was acknowledged when she was nominated for the Malaysian Prime Minister’s Award for Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2011.

Masami Sato is the Founder of B1G1 was born in Japan though originally educated to be an architect, her career has followed her diverse talent and extensive interests having been a teacher, a translator, an entrepreneur and a natural food chef (and a farmer!). She has co-founded and run commercial enterprises since 2001 and aims to transform the way businesses are operated today .
In 2007, she found B1G1 to create a world that’s full of giving. B1G1 now works with more than 500 businesses globally and lists over 600 projects in 29 countries. She is also an author of two books, ‘JOY – The gift of acceptance, trust and love’ and ‘ONE – Sharing the joy of giving’. Read more…


Jana Stanfield is international Keynote speaker at large conferences and corporate events.  She specializes in motivational programs for difference-makers. This year, she is headlining the world’s biggest humor conference for the second time.  Working with large international crowds is not unusual for Jana Stanfield.  In addition to performing at Carnegie Hall, she has also done her Keynote Concerts in Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, Canada, Mexico, and Indonesia.
